Alan, I apologize your A/C unit needed repair after you moved in. Your home was inspected approximately 20 months ago on 6/28/2016 and at the time inspected was observed to be 9 years old, worn, and operated serviceably providing 58 degrees of cooling when tested with normal operating controls (picture in the report). Unfortunately their are limits to our profession and as stated in the report and consistent with our industry standards of inspection, system capacity is not part of the inspection. Horrible service!!! The inspector Matthew did a horrible job and overlooked important information. My realtor recommended this company in which she is informed of the issues I’m having. After moving into a home that Pro Tech inspected, I noticed that three out of six bedroom outlets aren’t working not to mention I’m having plumbing issues. What was the purpose of an inspection if you’re going to miss things???? Management has done nothing to fix the problem besides cause the client more frustration.
