ProTech Home & Property Inspections were awesome. I called late in the day after 7pm trying to schedule an appointment for the next day, and they were able to have someone out at 9am... on a Saturday. The inspection was smooth and didn’t take long at all. The tech went over the entire report with me before he emailed it over. I was told it would take a day to compile a report on a home inspection, but I got it as soon as he hit submit. I would definitely definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.
As a real estate professional, I take my selections of vendors very seriously. I have been working with ProTech for several years and am very happy to do so. I recommend them to my clients all the time.
