Abby, my salesperson, was awesome in helping me to pick out and order tile for three separate spaces in my home. ProSource offers a wide selection of quality tile for floors and walls. All tile is special order and cannot normally be returned so be aware when you place your order. I would use them again!
Do not use ProSource for your tile needs. They will not accept any purchased tile, new and unopened boxes for a refund. My rep, Abby, was very helpful with choosing tile but failed to tell me about their policy on returns. They try to blame the manufacturer but it not true. The manufacturer says that the distributor, I.e. ProSource, determines the return policy.
I have used ProSource for both large and small projects and have always received outstanding customer service. They are professional, courteous, and dependable. Their design talents make the selection process so easy. The prices are reasonable and products are high quality. I could not be any happier with ProSource. Abby is super helpful!!
I highly recommend ProSource of Marietta for renovations and new builds! Mike the warehouse manager helped me exponentially! Informed me and gave me his best opinions on my the character of my flooring selections all the way to helping me load the flooring into the van. Introduced himself properly and was very respectful.
