Property Management has managed 2 rental properties for several years and I have been very satisfied. The tenants I have had under their management have all been very good. The tenants pay on time and take care of the property. Property management inspects properties on a regular basis and sends video's to the owner, so I know how my property is being kept. I've rented from several companies in various cities, and PMV has by far been the best company I've dealt with. The staff is courteous, communicative, and wants to work with you and find a home that will fit your needs. Great place to rent through!! I rented through PMV for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem with getting in touch with someone if i had questions or needed something done! They do a great job of cleaning the locations before you move in too which i hadn't always found in the past! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market to rent!
Beware! I paid $800 in deposits and they told me they would have to replace one room with caepet due to a stain. They used my whole deposit AND billed me 1200 for the replacement of one room of carpet! I was only there a year! I didnt even get the statement until 3 days before they expected it due & never recieved a call(as they said they would)! Getting a lawyer and fighting this for sure! The management staff is also very rude! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
