RecommendedI’ve rented at Property Management of Virginia for three years and I want to say that Pam and Eric are some of the most compassionate and caring people in Waynesboro. I had some serious health issues and I couldn’t pay my rent on time, for two months. Pam was very professional on working payment arrangements with me. I would highly recommend Property Management of Virginia to anyone who wants to rent in Waynesboro, VA.

What an horrible horrible company. They do not respond to tenants when things break down. They have ZERO communication skills and zero hospitality. Eric and Pam never called me back every time I tried to contact them. They showed up an hour late when I was first viewing my rental property. That should have been a big clue but I put my trust into people who did not earn it. I would never ever use this company for anything unless I was purposely seeking out a migraine.
PMVA has been managing our rental property for 3 years and we couldn't be happier. We live several hours away from our property, so it's important that we have a company that can give us peace of mind. We receive periodic videos of our home to show us how the tenant is taking care of our property and Eric responds quickly to any questions or concerns we have. I would highly recommend PMVA.
horrible communication when moving out. Rude receptionist told me that I was to blame. They never even tried to get in contact with me about the owner taking our deposit and the balance from our last month's rent. Who knows if i will ever see that money again.
