Spend your money literally anywhere else. Properties in downtown Staunton were literally falling apart, with potential safety issues. Eric is a very misunderstanding property manager, and he came during the wrong date when the apartment wasn’t ready with no mask on and told us they’d have to terminate our contract due to “unfixable pet odor” while the dude was literally standing next to a litter box. I rented from PMV for almost two years and they were by far the best experience I’ve had with renting. They are professional and attentive. PMV has an online portal which makes it easy and convenient to pay rent, especially if you are splitting. Great company and highly recommended!

We only rented for a year but by far the best property management company we’ve dealt with. Always remembered me when I did need to call. Got work done promptly. Also returned calls. And genuinely cared about the property condition and asked if we had issues to let them know. Easy payment online system was very helpful being disabled. Good company to work with. I recommend to renters and landlords looking for management company.
I had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They were always very friendly over the phone and in person, very prompt in responding to any concerns I had, and I enjoyed my three years of living in a home managed by Property Management of Virginia. Andrew was always very prompt in returning phone calls and emails and he was a pleasure to work with. I certainly recommend them to anyone looking at renting a home in the area.

Lazy, maintenance is terrible.... it’s not the fact of the work they do it’s getting them there to fix anything! Told them about problems time after time and they took forever and or never fixed them. They lie straight to your face and the will steal your money or charge you extra the first chance they get. Glad it’s over and I’m in a way better place after 3 years with them! Don’t get me wrong at first it was great! Then Karen disappeared and dealing with Pam and Eric is a nightmare!
