Poor communication never answers phones.
I have bought & sold 12 properties in the past 27 years. I never had a bad experience until now with Derrick Jackson from the Naperville office. First I can’t believe the managing broker would allow an agent not to provide a cell phone number. When you call the office, you are told that Mr. Jackson prefers to communicate by e-mail.
