This is the same place as "smallenginesprodealer" . I ordered a part that said USUALLY SHIPS IN 24 hrs. They took my money immediately & I can't get a shipping date. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, or messages on their website or facebook. I either want my part or my money returned.. I should have researched them first as they have numerous reports of scamming customers.
BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FLY-BY-NIGHT COMPANY! I ordered a B&S magneto armature SKU # XXXXXX for $36.31 (includes shipping) on August 16, 2018. My VISA debit card was charged on August 17, 2018 for $36.31. I received an email that the part was "AWAITING SHIPMENT". I emailed them to find out the status of my order about a week later. The rep said "it will ship out on 08/29". Have not received part! Emailed again the following week same thing "it will ship out on 09/05". Here it is 09/14/18 and STILL NO PART! I have a Hustler Mini Z. It has White wheel motors on it. Mine is leaking from the axle seal. Wrote down the model number of the wheel motor. Did a Google search for a "white wheel motor seal kit for CE786xxx-xx" Pronto mowers came up, but the search had a different wheel motor number.....CE781xxx-xx. I wanted to know if this seal kit they offered would work on my wheel motor. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Company took my money, then no communication. I messaged, phoned, emailed...nothing. Finally followed through on my promise and filed a dispute through PayPal. Also filed a complaint with the BBB...of which there are many! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I ordered some parts from this company. After I ordered the parts the site said that parts usually ship within 24 hours. I waited 48 hours for shipment confirmation and I emailed them to find out the delay. The parts had to be ordered in and the customer service rep was very polite and notified me of the delay and when to expect items. The parts did arrive when they said they would in the updated email.
