I talked to ******** and ****** numerous times over a week trying to get a part shipped to me, was told that they are waiting on a shipping quote. I offered to pay for the part and email a shipping label over to them since they are having difficulties coming up with a price themselves. I ordered 2 items which were not on back-order when I ordered them. I called today to get a status and spoke to a customer service rep named Andy (?). He is the most unhelpful person I have spoken to at a company in ages. He does not understand English very well and I needed to repeat myself several times. I ordered parts for a chainsaw. they said the parts had to be ordered from the warehouse and should be at their store in a 1-2 days. Well, the parts didn't arrive so they said the parts were delayed in shipping. It's been one excuse after another. Parts were order on 12-31-2021. On 1-11-2022 they said the parts had been shipped and there was atracking error with the USPS tracking system. After finding the SmallEnginesProDealer.com website for a certain part I was in need of, I called the telephone number listed on their website. Their website listed the part availability as "Usually ships within 24 hours if in stock." I proceeded to call their telephone number to confirm that the item was in stock, in which the gentleman on the phone told me that the item was indeed in stock. I was very skeptical to make a purchase after viewing the reviews here. But I really needed a couple of parts that I wasn't finding anywhere else. Does business on the Internet under several names, including "Hustler Mower Parts" and "Small Engines Pro Dealer." I ordered parts for my mower ($120) and paid through PayPal. Days later, they still had not shipped. On May 17th, 2021 an order for a replacement belt was placed on the company's website. The product was to arrive in 7-10 days. On June 1st I called to track the belt down. I was told the belt was no longer available and a credit would be issued. 1. Poor Customer Service- as others have indicated the website will show product available when it is not. 2. Stated that they will not call the supplier to inquire. Stated they do not know when it will arrive but I will receive an email. They did however charge my Credit Card over a month ago.
