Ordered an $1100.00 part on Dec 4th. They stated it was in stock and would ship within a week. After numerous calls I keep getting the same response that they are awaiting the part from the supplier. Stated that they will not call the supplier to inquire. Stated they do not know when it will arrive but I will receive an email. They did however charge my Credit Card over a month ago. Beware of this dishonest business *** ********

I should have read the reviews first. I ordered parts based on the website saying they were in stock. They obviously are not in stock, and they must calculate their "2 day average ship time" based on after they get the backordered part in their location. Seems to be all the worst stereotypes of a middleman, rolled into one place.
Dont deal with this company, they are a total sham, will not have your part, it will be back ordered and when they send you the wrong part, months later they want to charge you 20 percent to refund, even after I returned parts I waited a month and still no credit, finally had to dispute charge with credit card company and they refunded money, took almost 4 months to get done with them.
I have ordered three times from Husqvarna Parts Online (Husqvparts.com) and all three times I have had to track them down--never spending less than thirty minutes on chat. This third time they sent the wrong part of four. I contacted and was told to send the wrong part back at my expense and a 20% restocking fee. Excuse me? You sent the wrong part and want me to pay? Nope. Send the right part as I already paid you. NEVER use this company. Thieves!

On 6/28/2019, I ordered a carburetor rebuild kit for my string trimmer. It took them a week to supposedly get the part. On their website, it said that the part was awaiting shipment but was never shipped. I contacted them and they told me that it wold ship today. It never was shipped! They previously told me that it had and gave me a tracking number which was incorrect. I purchased a hydraulic transmission Hydro Gear *********** for my mower from hydro-gear.parts and was promptly notified that the item was ready for shipment. A week later it has not shipped. Calling the number(s) on the website directs to Small Engines Pro Dealer and further down the line they are both linked to this business (Pronto Mowers). This is the same place as "smallenginesprodealer" . I ordered a part that said USUALLY SHIPS IN 24 hrs. They took my money immediately & I can't get a shipping date. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, or messages on their website or facebook. I either want my part or my money returned.. I should have researched them first as they have numerous reports of scamming customers.
BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FLY-BY-NIGHT COMPANY! I ordered a B&S magneto armature SKU # XXXXXX for $36.31 (includes shipping) on August 16, 2018. My VISA debit card was charged on August 17, 2018 for $36.31. I received an email that the part was "AWAITING SHIPMENT". I emailed them to find out the status of my order about a week later.
