Foul business practices. this store seems to operate several fake parts websites for different brands. I have and had ordered blades for my hustler mower from their bogus website. i wish i had done more research. After a week they parts still had not shipped, even though when i ordered it said in stock. i was merely trying to avoid a drive town, now it seems 90 dollars is just forever gone. i should have drove to town. Same as everyone else.... a Nightmare Company that is Deceitful, Lying, cheating, dishonest, etc. Order parts under company name www.briggsstrattonstore.com but is really Pronto Mowers. Still waiting for parts after they would not cancel, lost another lie. Never buy from this company.
I would give a zero if it was an option. I ordered a starter for my mower and the part didn't fit so I requested instructions to return it. I was told to provide photos of the item. It had not been used because the holes didn't match up so I repackaged it and I got an email advising me the restock fee was 40% (not the regular 20% as for other items) because it was a starter. Deceitful selling tactics. False cancellation and retune policy. Total nightmare of a business. Avoid at all costs.
I searched online for the model mower and transaxle number. A link came up for www.husqvparts.com order was filled by Pronto Mowers. NOWHERE ON THE **** DID IT SPECIFY A SPECIFIC MODEL NUMBER. After receiving the Transaxle its incorrect EVERYTHING is opposite of what it should be even though there weren't model options for me to chose from. Reached out to Pronto Mowers to be told that they can not exchange it and will not return it without us paying a 40% restocking fee.
