I love the Dr Brittany but if you have Unicare which was an insurance I was changed to without my knowledge , then Brittany won't see you. I mean if that's who I started out seeing them that's who I want to continue seeing. I think it's a shame she won't see you regardless of what insurance you have.
Always a great experience at Prompt care. I have had the privilege of being cared for by Dr. Frank and Dr. Kelly and they are great people. Frank even took time to come in on a day off just to see me before I left for Nashville and that means a lot. Thank y'all at Prompt Care for a caring experience every time.
