Took my son to prompt care on 7/20/17 And he was very incorrectly diagnosed with an ear infection. Now, on 7/23/17, He's in the ICU in Charleston with meningitis and they have to do additional testing on him to determine if it's viral or bacterial because the antibiotics that he was prescribed for the ear infection that didn't exist could be causing a false negative on some tests. Thankfully, he will recover. But we will NEVER step foot in your establishment again. Stop throwing antibiotics at people just to get them out the... read more
This is the best place ever. They treat you like family and are fast yet careful. They do what they say when they say they will do it. I'm so very thankful for everyone there.
