Great care for my daughter, staff brought other kids in and examined them and explained to them how serious her condition was, and even called me at work to let me know what was going on. The next week I got a phone call checking on her!! Great care, excellent staff!! Most of the time we go here instead of the pediatrician office !! Highly recomended!!
From the time you walk through the door, you are seen to...the girls at the front desk was really nice and Megan PA was superb and Julie gives a great shot (ouch)...waiting on meds and then off to the house to the bed!!!
We were treated with such kindness and patience today on our first visit to Prompt Care. Thank you to all of the staff for providing such a positive experience for a sick little boy.
We have sadly had to use Prompt Care twice in he past 5 days with 2 sick kiddos. It is so nice to be able to go to such a nice, clean office and be waited on so quickly. We have always had the best service at Prompt Care. Staff have always gone above and beyond for our family. Thank you!!
