Had a wonderful first trip experience at Prompt Care today. Our pediatrician was out, and my daughter needed to see a doctor. The staff were caring and kind. They treated her and we were in and out quickly.
Made a trip to P.C. yesterday evening because our pediatrician was closed. The staff took excellent care of my little man, who had a horrible ear ache. Thanks P. C. staff ♡♡

A fast, friendly and caring staff. They handle my fear of medicines so well even though I need them when I’m sick and refuse them lol they don’t show me how crazy they probably truly think I am. They are sympathetic to my issues with meds and my panic disorder. You can tell the employees are all treated well because they’re happiness rubs off onto the patients. You won’t find a better place where you can get in and out quicker and with the appropriate care. Thanks to everyone in the Prompt Care family!!!!!
They are always so caring. They treat you like family not like another number coming in.
