Love the complex! Tons of great amenities and very nice design. I receive compliments all the time from my guests! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I love the gated community for privacy and safety, and visitors can get inside, though it can be tedious. Overall I'm very happy and definitely recommend!

Promenade Pointe has great amenities such as its pool and grills, and it is close to Norfolk Naval Base, the Shipyards, and downtown Norfolk. Its staff was quick to respond when our heater broke in the winter.

These are easily the best apartments in Norfolk hands down! Their customer service is amazing, the maintenance team is superb. The amenities here are top notch as well. There is no other place in Norfolk I'd rather live than here. If you haven't stopped by you need to.

I have submitted a post that gose into detail of the many many things I truly enjoy about this place. Out of the four places we have lived since moving here to Virginia This is the place I wish I had found when we flirts moved here. The friendly atmasfear makes it easy to make friends. Since moving here in October I've made good friends with five of the other residence. My little dog Honey has tons of dog friends that he plays with.
