RecommendedI have lived here less than a year and loved every minute. Personally I think it should be called Paradise apts.
My boyfriend and I moved from Chicago in August. We toured close to 20 different apartment buildings and chose promenade. To say we are happy with our decision would be an understatement. Promenade is really the whole package. You get what you pay for if not more here. The common area, pool, gym, and hallways are always spotless. Lived here for a year, staff is awesome, always ready to help residents. They have the best property manager out there, staff always have smiles on their faces and are just a great people all around. We loved living here and were sorry when we had to leave. Strongly recommend living here.

Great staff, a clean apartment building with new fixtures and a building that is very modern and well maintained!
Never lived anywhere better. Wonderful staff, any issues I have are taken care of that day. My move in was smooth and my apartment is beautiful. I love the dock and sunsets.
