Promenade Pointe is a great complex. It quickly felt like home, and the amenities are wonderful!
We feel so at home here. There are so many amenities to take advantage of and I especially like the sense of community we can get from activities like taco Tuesday, Saturday breakfasts, and wine down Wednesday's!
I've lived in many apartments and never over did it fell like a community till now. The office staff is the best and are happy to help with anything and they go far and beyond what you would expect. I could go on and fill up pages of great things. The apartment it's self is amazing. I purchased mine while I was out of town and scared of what I was going to walk into a swich-a-roo. Promenade Pointe is one of the first communities we visited when we moved from Northern VA. We liked it so much we applied the same day. The apartment is very nice inside with high end appliances, spacious, and very well kept. All my guests had very nice compliments. The community is very well maintained with nice amenities and the office staff is always very friendly and responsive... Maintenance is great and they always respond right away... Definitely recommend Promenade Pointe!

I really like living at Promenade Pointe. The facilities are really nice and having Naval Operations Base Norfolk so close is a HUGE plus.
