Steve has been awesome. He's managed my NC property for over 16 years now and does an excellent job. I've been through many managers in different states and ProHome is the best hands down. I wish they could manage all of my properties! And I'd give them six stars if I could!!
It was a pleasure renting from Stephen at Prohome. He always ensured maintenance issues were addressed promptly and was very fair with the deposit upon move out. Would absolutely rent from Stephen again!
My GF and I were very interested in one of their rentals, so I sent a request and the lady called me back, I missed it and called back 5ish minutes later. She answered the phone very rudely telling me “well since you don’t have you mailbox set up we couldn’t leave a message!” Which I overly friendly responded with “That’s okay, that’s why I’m calling back:}” and she went “is it Oberlin??????” I told her the Adress and she rudely responded “yea no it’s not available!
