This is not the first time this has happened. Wallingford office. Went there on Friday for sinus issues and a severe cough. Today I called for a different cough syrup, as the one they prescribed Friday isn't Touching the cough. I called three times. The fourth time they said they close at 5:30. I called again at 5:15 the office was closed still waiting for a prescription to be called over to CVS. They do this all the time. My wife needed meds refilled , waited and waited , everyone forgot that her Dr was out having a baby . Not the first time we waited days after we were suppose to get meds
RecommendedThis doctor facility is amazing. They have the nicest woman at the front, the nurses and assistants are friendly and prompt. Joanne Priollo is the best most thorough APRN I ever had. They try their best to get you seen for an issue as quickly as possible. I’d rank this office a solid 10 !
