I've been with ProHealth for years. Lately, it's gone downhill fast! I rarely call, but I had some questions regarding upcoming service, and no one answers the phone!!! You get a menu, pick your option, and wait on hold. After wasting a half hour on hold 3 times I gave up. My Dr. only does video conferencing right now...I have no issue with that. I've had this poison ivy rash for a week now. It's not going away so I had to go to the doctor for it. I've been avoiding it just because of covid but I can't take the pain anymore. I also have the rash on my hip, breasts, and shoulder. I called this morning to pro health urgent care in Manchester to see if I can get an appointment. They said 11:30 was the earliest. Love ProHealth! Always listen, care and provide great healthcare! My MD just left the Manchester office and so did I. I was on hold 40 min x2 one day they would not renew my meds. Went to APRN today at Dr Schifferdeckers office and he was phenomenal! The office staff was super nice!!

Manchester office is horrible. Always on hold for 30+ mins before getting to speak to someone when calling the office. That is a rediculous wait time and no matter when you call its always at least 30 mins. I am currently on hold for the second time attempting to call this week and it has been 33 mins on hold. I will probably just give up soon and hang up. As of today ProHealth is averaging -.01 out of 5 stars which sums up the medical franchise perfectly. And the fact that every person who “doesn’t recommend” them on this FB page gets a canned public response from ProHealth requesting that the reviewer send them a private message if they want to discuss their complaints further (rather than someone at ProHealth reaching out to them via a private message in a sincere attempt to fix the problem) is an excellent example of how things work there.

While you all wear masks and want to be appreciated as essential workers, do any of you have a clue that that poor murdered animal that you consumed, rotting in your gut is why you have to wear a mask? That you all are part of the problem? You are health professionals! This office has gone completely down hill the past year! Takes days to get an appointment front end staff is rude. Does not answer questions than when asked to speak to someone else I was told no she was helping me. So I asked again to speak to manger and yes at that point I was rude and was hung up on.
