Oh you don’t want to know my experience !!! Based on false information I have been dismissed from this practice !!! I tried several times to straighten this matter out , going one step further !!! All the clues where there !!!
This is not the first time this has happened. Wallingford office. Went there on Friday for sinus issues and a severe cough. Today I called for a different cough syrup, as the one they prescribed Friday isn't Touching the cough. I called three times. The fourth time they said they close at 5:30. I called again at 5:15 the office was closed still waiting for a prescription to be called over to CVS. They do this all the time. My daughter has been cared for by a ProHealth pediatric practice for years. Best care and when she’s sick they take her right on which is so reassuring.
They are months behind in billing- sending over due notices, and using bad phone numbers.
Your drive thru flu clinic is dangerous! How can you do something like this KNOWING the possibility of syncope from the vaccine?
