Extremely reliable – My lap top crashed a few days ago because a bunch of people were using it to download all sorts of things- I took it to progressive tech, he recovered all my data, and suggested to create a guess account on the laptop- cleaned up all the weird stuff that was on there- what impressed me the most is that it was done in less than one hour and the rate is just right for us college kids:- Talk about efficient!!!! Fast service, got my data back from dying dell laptop. – I called on a tuesday and explained that my laptop wouldn't turn on, kept getting black screens with missing file messages. The tech came to my house and ran some tests and found that the hard drive was failing (had "bad sectors"). They charged less than$ 20 for the diagnosis! I had some school work on there that I needed, as I didn't have backups :( The next night I got it back (delivered) with a new hard drive (which was used) but they didn't even charge me for it!
