Great Service, Great Price!!! – I had DELL desktop that would shut down during boot up. I took it to Progressive Tech for a consult to see if it could be resurrected. They found out that the motherboard was fried. I did not have a budget for new desktop. Progressive Tech offered to find me another DELL desktop and install my hard drive on this replacement DELL. Best service I've experienced – I had a hard drive failure, and after reading reviews for local and Seattle-based computer repair, I decided to go with Progressive Tech. I'm so glad I did! Very fast service and very friendly, and offered a great rate. Although I'm a little farther away (Tacoma-area) it was definitely worth the drive for the great service, compared to the other businesses that received mediocre/poor reviews! Thank you so much!

Honest, thorough and personal computer repair service. – Unfortunately, I didn't find Progressive Tech (Rich) until I had already paid another local laptop repair shop to "diagnose" my keyboard problem and tell me I would need to pay hundreds to perform repairs that didn't even need to be done (verified by photos taken of the inside of my laptop). Fair, fast and friendly – Nice doing business face-to-face with the person who provides such a great service. Rich picked up my computer from my home after telling me over the phone what it would cost to get my computer rolling again. He spelled out clearly for me what the possible causes of my computer crashing were and what it would cost to remedy each of those problems. Great service, Problem solved! – Rich was a great help in solving my wireless connection issue. I had given up on getting my laptop connected but he was able to finally diagnose that I had a bad internal wireless card. Instead of having to go to the store to buy a new one, he generously offered me the one he was using for testing at a discount so I was completely hooked up before he left. Great personal service; they know what they're doing... – My mom is 72 years and uses the computer to play cards and games because she has really bad arthritis in her hands and can't hold a deck of cards. Home pick-up and drop-off made life easy – I had a great experience with these guys. They picked up my dead laptop at my home late one night and knew right away how to recover the data. I thought I'd lost ten years of photographs but now they are all safely back on a new computer...and properly backed up!
great laptop repair – My laptop completely failed on me, so i called progressive tech a little later at night; we arranged right away to pick up my laptop the next morning. it was done in 2 days--and, most importantly, all my data was saved. he was really honest about how much i should realistically put into fixing my computer and didn't try to get me to buy anything i didn't need, regardless of how little i knew about computers. fair pricing, fast repair, and no pressure sales. thanks so much!
