I've been going to Progressive Dental for around 10 years. My two daughters as well. The last 2 years have not been a good experience due to the office staff they have now. Rachel & Leah are absolutely horrible. I called this past week explaining that I broke off a piece of my back molar & was in pain & the inside of the tooth was black. Leah told me they couldn't schedule me to be seen until july 12th. I asked her if I could be squeezed in for an assessment by the dentist just to see if this needed immediate attention... read more
