I always look forward to coming to Wackford Denatal, the staff are great and Dr. Nagy always cracks me up! I honestly say that I have always hated going to the dentist office but not any more I actually enjoy coming here and have a great time. (No more cringing for me when I have to see the dentist!)
It is always a pleasure seeing Allelie (hygienist) and Dr Nagy. I always have a clean feeling when Allelie cleans and floss' me. Dr Nagy is always funny and informs you on what you need to focus on. Great team as always...
Sarah was my dental hygienist and she was excellent! Sometimes when I'd go for a cleaning, my whole face would be all wet from cleaning. Also I know my teeth have small spaces or the spaces are tight. That's why I understand when they floss me and I get hurt. But I was astounded my Sarah's able and gentle hands, I didn't get water all over my face and I didn't get hurt when she flossed my teeth. It's a first that I didn't bleed. I went in for my bi-annual cleaning, my regular hygienist had left for other opportunities, so you know I was a bit anxious, it takes time to build trust and become comfortable with your dental care provider. You see I had a very tramatic dental encounter when young, and also have super sensitive gums and teeth. My new hygienist Sara was so calming and compassionate, it made an anxious event into a comfortable and happy visit. Thank you Sara. Everyone there from front window staffs to back office staffs are very professional and provide an excellent service. I'm just amazed and thankful that I chose Wackford dental for my dental needs.
