This is for an appointment this May. I feel the hygienist should have cleaned my teeth first before calling the dentist for consultation. I would have liked my teeth thoroughly cleaned first before opening my mouth to the dentist.
Doctor Salem is nice and Nichole is a great hygenist.
I was refused dental cleaning services, because I refused to comply with the frequency of their X ray policy. I've been a patient there for many years. I had made the cleaning appointment and gone in, and then was sent away for refusing the x rays.

Mr. Hatch we apologize for the misunderstanding and/or miscommunication. It is recommended to have routine x-rays once every 6 months and required by our office once a year. We have worked with you in the past on avoiding x-rays as much as possible, but we did require these limited set of x-rays for the routine dental visit you had scheduled in order for our doctor to perform a complete oral evaluation.
