They came out the day I spoke with Steve. They were very helpful and offered alternatives. Because the fixture is obsolete, they wanted to replace it, but that is not what I wanted. They then offered to search for repair kits and found one thru their own initiative. They returned the next day and did the repair work on time and in a profesisonal manner. Very helpful and professional.

They were very late due to an emergency they had to take care of before me. They were polite and professional. I ended up getting a conventional water heater which was a disappointment to me but all I could really afford.
