Responded immediately to our request for a new water heater. We requested one which he said he would bring, but when the plumbers got here they brought another. The plumbers had gone to Lowes and bought one without telling us which one it was. We did have them install it and the installation was completed and we have had no problems since. It would help if they kept the customer informed about which brand they are going to install.
