Tristen is a wonderful plumber. He was able to quickly assess the cause of the leak but, because it was tied into the main water line to the building, he was unable to replace the corroded faucet that caused all of the damage. He attached a hose for so that we would incur no further damage. He then addressed some of our non-emergency issues and will be returning to install a Sumo II water softener in the next few weeks. Fast, thorough, courteous service. They are my new plumber of choice in Jacksonville.

Way too expensive. $265 to replace the part that controls the water coming into the the toilet tank and the external hose coming into the bottom of the tank. Plus, they do not inform you, when offering to reschedule to a weekend, that it would be hugely more expensive.

Professor Plumb did a professional job that encompassed everything on the statement of work. He responded promptly when I asked him to correct something. I was happy with his work. He is infinitely better than David Gray Plumbing.
