Timely to come out the first time. There were items to follow up with in which I didn't hear back.

"They were as good as advertised, couldn't have asked for more".
Tristen is a wonderful plumber. He was able to quickly assess the cause of the leak but, because it was tied into the main water line to the building, he was unable to replace the corroded faucet that caused all of the damage. He attached a hose for so that we would incur no further damage. He then addressed some of our non-emergency issues and will be returning to install a Sumo II water softener in the next few weeks. Fast, thorough, courteous service. They are my new plumber of choice in Jacksonville.
