My batteries had failed through a human mistake of not connecting the charger properly. This company sent a technician to my residence that was very professional and very polite who fixed my circumstances with NEW batteries at no charge.
Professional is the most un-professional medical supplier I have ever been associated with. They have not serviced any of the equipment they have provided in the over 2 years that I was with them. They did not provide any instruction as to how often cannula should be replaced. And they sold my account to another company in May of 2016, but I just learned of this 2 months ago when I needed supplies -- Surprise!
