From the extensive number of complaints, it seems like PPM is managing far too many properties across the Triangle and are just interested in collecting money. When writing a review of PPM, please include the name of your community as it helps log from where the complaints stem. I also beleive they are deleting some of the negative reviews so keep posting.
As an HOA, their level of equality, professionalism, consistency, and community involvement is below one star. I purchased my home in 2015 and have maintained my property to the highest level and one of the most up-kept properties in the community. I’ve inquired about where our fees were being applied (since the level of maintenance has diminished for years), but have only been provided with the community budget.
