I wasn’t gonna leave a bad review but since my dispute on my card was denied I am . Came here for a fill because it was supposed to be cheaper than where my nails were originally done. It said $30 on the website but when I came in they were $40. I got convinced to change my design which made it $50. They didn’t have the stuff to do what I wanted so I went with French tips. OMGEEZE!! I haven't got my nails done in a while bc of this issue. I'm so sad to say this place is horrible. Maybe its my fault for going an hr before closing? They couldn't even take my old polish off or my dead skin. Why did I pay over $100.00 for? I was wearing dark green polish.
If you’re a Black woman, avoid this place. This establishment demonstrates clear racial bias in its treatment of Black customers, particularly Black women. The staff is noticeably unwelcoming, with only a few male technicians acknowledging Black clients often with visible reluctance or rudeness. My favorite cousin and I decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure at Professionail which wasn’t far from my mom’s place. I did check the reviews before entering the premises. They had a 4.1 rating which I considered worthy of a visit. We were immediately taken to our pedi-chairs (Lol) and they went to work.
