They are quick and through workers. If an issue arises, they are quick to solve it.
The work was fine, and the price was fair. My biggest issue was he was late, then rescheduled and didn?t show up, then rescheduled again and was still late.
Great price, arrived early, and even schedule our job one day after the initial call. Very impressed and happy with the tree trimming job. Highly recommend this company.
Competent, thorough, and responsive. The Prodigy team was like a well-oiled machine. Their communications (phone, messaging, written estimate, invoice) are professional. Glad to have been referred to them. A word to others, though: their caller ID shows their location as Antioch. It is not. I almost dismissed them during the initial phone call, assuming they would not want to travel across the county to my location for the job.
They worked fast and got the work done in less time than you think. The appointment was scheduled for 09/02/2019, but they decided to come on 08/23/2019 and did the job earlier. My neighbor is interested in having some work done in her yard. We previously hired another contractor who was expected to appear on 08/16/2019, but he did not show up, no phone call or nothing. Really glad, the guys from Mr. Phan's yard work did not show up for the scheduled appointment. We will keep this company on our Gold List.

I used them twice. 1st time i used them was for a tree removal in the front yard and the 2nd time i used them was for landscaping of the front and back yard. They do go work and they are reliable. i made several changes of what I wanted and they were flexible on all of my request. George and his crew were outstanding. ?????
Yes, the quote, the work and the cleanup were all good. Communication, however, ranks high up there too. Time change or running late, he called. Apologetic when he finally got here, but I thanked him for letting me know beforehand so I wasn't waiting around. A quick text or phone call can make such a difference.
George was great! He called me immediately, came to my house within 4 hours and completed the job within 30 min. I could not be happier with his work!
