We had an emergency situation in which numerous long branches snapped from a 100 foot cypress over the past two weeks, endangering our fences and gates and possibly blocking our driveway. A tree trimmer was a no show yesterday and I contacted Home Advisor. They recommended Prodigy Works, and Carlos contacted me within several hours and said theyâ d be out today. They did an excellent job and would hire them for other work
Owner bid and agreed to do tree maintenance in 8 days. (Requires neighbor notice) They failed to perform the work although they not only provided an estimate, but agreed to the date of service. There was no call, no one showed up. There’s been no excuse or apology. Maybe my lack of vocal cords (cancer surgery) was too much of a disability for Carlos to waste his time with. NO STARS. NO SHOW. NO REPUTATION.

Prodigy came out to give me a quote on a retaining wall. They were the fourth company that I got a quote from. They were the only company that said they would have to cut into the cement so the wall would be even. They did the work within a couple of days. We were pleased with the wall the clean up and I have a referral for them.
