Carlos was very responsive coming to home the next day (Sunday) after I called to give estimate for trimming 3- Redwoods, 1-Silk tree and a Japanese Maple. All 30 years old. I was satisfied with the estimate and the work was completed the following week. The Redwoods look good. The jury is still out on the Silk Tree and Japanese Maple since both trees won't have leaves until Spring. I feel confident that if not completely satisfied that Carlos would return to make right.
A+ liked the way conducted buisness.
Good value all around. It was a very big job 5 redwood trees about 100 +Ft. tall. Would use and recommend them again.
Overall they did a nice job and were a good value in terms of other quotes from tree trimming companies. Would use again as well as recommend.
11/2018 I had to call several times to make sure they were coming as they had overbooked the 1st date and needed to reschedule.
