How stupid. Both parents should be able to go in for their childs appointment. Especially since the doctor told us our child needed to see a specialist because she wasnt walking good enough at 13 months She walks perfectly fine now and I wanted to be there to see the stupid looks they always give you when you prove they have no clue what they are talking about. Carle can't keep doctors and now they can't keep patients.
My daughter saw a plastic surgeon at one of their satellite facilities & I got charged $270 for the doctor which is fine but Carle Foundation charged me $275 fee for using their building!!! Will never go back. I called & the lady was rude & said they charge all their patients that.

This hospital is ridiculous. My fiancé is waiting for test results which should’ve been back 30 minutes ago, but instead has to listen to the nurses outside his room bragging about how intoxicated they were before coming into work this morning. Really professional. I, from my car in the parking lot, had to call the hospitals ER department to ask them to give my fiancé his results and send him home. The only time he has seen or spoken to anyone since arriving over 2 hours ago, is within the first 30 minutes he was brought in ... read more

Most of the nurses are incredibly disrespectful and talk horribly about the patients that can all hear them from their desk area. the doctor will send you away stating you have nothing more than a simple infection or nothing wrong at all when in all actuality you need emergency surgery. if you go in for any sort of mental health help whatsoever you might as well just YouTube how to treat yourself because that will be better help.
