You wait a very long time to get seen, with no results except go to your doctor
It’s wonderful when they tell you they don’t know what a growth plate is in a 9 year olds elbow.. and then say a fractured growth plate is a “mild dislocation” and try to send said 9 year old to physical therapy. This place is a joke, only thing that was worth it was the damn X-ray tech that actually did her job. Thanks for nothing Proctor. �
I've been going to Procor First Care, Barring Trace for years. Dr. Musaitif is great. The staff is good.
This place is so slow. And just to get a damn shot.
Go for a pre-op physical. Unity Point had called them and they said they could do it. Drive out there. NOPE. Said they needed a 30 minute visit first to get to know us and then come back another time for physical. ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW. NEVER EVER NEVER USE A PROCTOR FIRST CARE.
I would like to thank the doctor for the 15 seconds of time he took to tell me "I'm fine" between asking the nurses if they had change for a $20 bill and planning to order in "b-dubyas" (Buffalo Wild Wings) for everyone, even though Hooters is much better. Very generous and certainly the peak of professionalism.
Everyone was friendly and didn't rush through I got back to a room quickly and the wait back there wasn't terribly long
