Awesome experience! Jen did a beautiful job on my hair! I have been driving 2 1/2 hours to get my hair done for the last 12 years. So happy to find someone locally that does such an amazing job. Erin was great too. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Salon was beautiful!
Worst hair experience in my entire life! After Erin cut my medium long hair in an uneven choppy mess that had me in tears, no one offered me an apology or tried to make it right! In fact I was dismissed and told I was over exaggerating! When I was crying and asking Erin if she could fix my hair she looked at her watch and said she would have to see if the blow dry girl could curl it? WTH??? Another salon said it would take taking 2 inches off my currently destroyed hair to get the unevenness corrected!!! Christmas was ruined... read more
Just had my first visit to process today after reading other great reviews about this salon and I love my hair. Garrett did a great job. Both the cut and balayage color look phenomenal and very natural. I will definitely be a regular here. If you're trying to find the best salon in Columbia, look no further.
