The BEST!!!!! I look forward to my appointments. The stylists are able to see a picture ONCE and replicate it immediately!! Every time I come, I have new ideas and Ashley executes each one to perfection. Head to toe amazing experience every time. Invest in your hair by coming here!!!!
process as a whole is fantastic but Josh specifically has been a perfect match for us. We have taken our two young boys to him since they needed hair cuts and he is patient, kind, fun, and quick! We love him more than you should probably love someone that cuts your hair. Recommend a million times over.
Berri is the BEST! I appreciate her listening to ideas about pictures of cuts and color I bring in and giving her honest opinion. She’s always right and I walk out feeling extremely happy about the results. I highly recommend Berri and the other great stylists there at Process.
Friendly staff, great haircuts, highly recommended! We love Lindsey and Shannon! The salon is super clean and is following all COVID guidelines to a T!

I booked an appointment at process because someone on Nextdoor recommended them because they wore masks, took temperatures, etc. I’ve lived in Columbia for several years, but I have had mixed experiences at salons. However, Ashley was great today. She really took the time to listen to make sure that I was happy with my haircut.
