Myself and two other federal employees came in today and took advantage of the free blow outs the salon was offering. Thank you so much for offering this service and thinking of those affected by the shutdown. Two of us are regular clients and haven’t been able to come in due to financial reasons. It was so nice to have a break from all the stress that the shutdown has caused us. Garrett, Erin and Josh were fantastic and gave us fabulous hair and a morale boost that we all needed. Thank you.
Dana cut my hair today and she is AMAZING!!!!! She knew exactly how I wanted it and is extremely talented. I found my new stylist and salon. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting, prices are reasonable and staff is so friendly. I would recommend anyone to come here.

Erin, my stylist, beautifully blended in new color to hide my law school grays for a completely natural look. And she gave me a fantastic cut! Highly recommend Erin and Process. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I got to have my morning coffee in the chair, and it was great!
