Josh just cut my hair and it looks awesome!! He’s so talented not to mention extremely nice. I brought my baby with me, in a stroller, and Josh was awesome with him and so were the other people working there. I’m definitely going to be a return customer. I’m beyond happy with everything and the salon itself is gorgeous!

Today I got my first haircut at process and I was very impressed. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and enjoyed my wait on a comfortable sofa where I was offered a beverage while I waited. Erin (the woman who cut my hair) was very professional and took the time to figure out what exactly I wanted and what my options were. The salon was very clean and had fun touches like hair dryers hanging from the ceiling. I highly recommend.
