Fast quote. Showed up a couple of days later. Crew was polite and responsive to our concerns. Cut the tree down quickly. Removed the logs and ground the stump the next day and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The crew was friendly until they lost control of the tree they were removing in my yard and dropped it on the edge of my garage and gutters. Alfonzo took pictures and sent to John the owner, promising he would take care of the damage. Workers were amazing to watch. Brought down a hundred year old tree in about 3 hours. Very safely.
We had a job and price agreement. Well they were paid all their money for only part of the work and didnt come back to finish. Then, upon speaking to the owner Johns right-hand guy, Geraldo, and him... saying he would be back sat to finish it. It is now a month of Saturdays and the work is still not done. I think they need to refund enough so I can hire a new company to finish their job.
They worked quickly and effectively. They did a tiny amount of damage to a gate post when they brought their stump grinding equipment into the yard.
They did a great job taking down the tree, had to call and remind them to pick up logs and grind tree stop.
They gave us a great price to cut down a tree that was in terrible shape. Crew was expert even our neighbors noticed how efficient they were. Would definitely use them again.
Pro Tree Service recently removed a 70ft tree and stump from my backyard. This was no small job. Pleased with their all-around service. Employees were courteous and were very careful in cutting down the tree, excellent communication with employees as well as with the Pro Service management team.
