Friendly people, quality work. Slow to respond to follow up request. Probably because they were overwhelmed with work.
It took a while for them to come do the job, but once they did they did a great job. However, there was communication issues between staff, the owner and me. They did the job in 2 stages. Cut down the shrubs, then grind the stumps. It took several calls and emails to the office before they came to grind the stumps. After they finally finished the job, I talked to owner and paid the same day. The owner acknowledged receiving payment.
