The project supervisor and work crew who came to do the tree removal work were professional and extremely skillful with the work that they performed. My congratulations to a job well done.
I am not satisfied with their work. When they gave me the quote. They promised to take care of everything, but unfortunately, they left a big mess behind. Although I just paid $3,500 to remove a tree from my backyard, now I have to pay another crew to clean up the mess that they have left behind. I contacted them and I talked to Tony, the person who gave me the quote in the first place, as well as John who I believe, is the owner of the company but they claimed that they will not clean up the mess they have caused.
wonderful prompt initial interactions and actual tree services provided with better than anticipated clean-up and no complaints from neighbors, This was a not an urgent job, but could have been a little tricky, felling a larger tree/dead on top, near a building, a valuable tree, and power lines. I gave a wide window for scheduling the job BUT I had asked to be notified when the job was to be done, so I could be on site for proper instructions, etc. That proper notification was not communicated and did not happen.
