Today must not have been a very good day for them. I have been waiting for 2 hours and still not ready . Just got basic oil change with wash. I'm sorry I can't recommend this business.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! Should have gone to Harry,'s! spent 2 hours yesterday waiting for my car to be detailed. Comes out still covered in bugs so they sent it "back through"..only it didn't go back through the car wash, it went to the TIRE DETAIL where a very heavy, stiff brush was used to scrub the bugs AND THE PAINT off the front of my car in several places!!! I have been here a few times before when I've been in town (i live 8 hours away) and have never had anything like this happen. I am sick to my stomac... read more
We always get our Avalanche truck a full detail once a year. This includes wash, wax, vacuum, clean carpets & mats, condition seats, dashboards, etc. They always do a GREAT job. This time they cleaned the engine which looks GREAT. Throughout the year we get it washed. We are very pleased with Pro-Tech.
I got my car washed there and they broke my seat. Slamming it up so hard that it broke. Will not be going back again
Bait and switch NEVER again added charges without quoting a $27 oil change went to $35 to $55 plus Guy was crooked as a question mark with his BS excuse. He assumed... $27 ended up being $39 NEVER
just had my oil changed which then qualified me for a free car wash. Guess what - my bill was $85.24..............This is nuts, the oil change was fine but it's an oil change.....The wash was sub par. Requested the inside be done (they charge extra for this) and they just passed a damp towel over the surface. Before the dash and doors were treated - not this time. Tire shine - they rubbed something on them but no shine........There are too many places that want my business so I guess I have to give them a try. Hate this beca... read more
