They can improve on their service by using car soap and wax instead of passing water off as these. I will never go back. They also damaged my plastic piece up by my rear view mirror. I brought it up and I kept having to ask to talk with someone. They also deleted a radio station and programed a station in its place. Will call today to get some answers.

I was charged extra for an oil change because they had to remove, then put back on a skid plate. Well, the skid plate they "put back on" is now dragging the road. The customer service was extremely lacking. Do not let them touch your car. I'm not looking forward to taking it back to them tomorrow. UPDATE! THEY FIXED IT WITH.... ZIPTIES. THANKS FOR THE ZIPTIES 🙄🙄🙄🙄
called today at 1pm to make sure they were open and was told yes by the lady that answered. Only to drive 22 miles to realize they had closed. Not very good business practice. Why have set business hours if your not going to be there!!!
its hard to find anyone you can trust these days.. the people here are very hard working, honest and thorough. I give Pro Tech 🖒🖒 two thumbs up! its not just a car wash!
the guy running the place cares nothing about his employees i wouldn't dare take my car to get serviced here. some employees are so rude and the guy running allows it all to go on
