Margie is the best for physical therapy and Jamie is awesome for medical massages. They both have been instrumental in my crazy outdoorsy lifestyle.
Pool closes 10:30pm weekdays. Not crowded times: mornings, sunday afternoon and weekend evenings, workday mornings and noons.
Great place with treadmills, eliptical bikes and there are TVs with audio on FM, there are bikes with TV series you can watch any episode of them. Great

Sunday nights are Super Fun Sundays. Inflatable toys in the pool and a bouncy house and slides in the Pavilion. Avoid the snack bar. All junk food and overpriced.
The squash court is hard to find - go down the stairs across from the woman's aquatic locker room. Has a cool sitting area.
Wet swim suit? There's a swim suit drying machine in the men's locker room (top floor) - works pretty good, and there are plastic bags that can be used for any additional dampness. Give it a try!
Protein shakes are awesome. I prefer chocolate based ones.
