The showers in the main men's locker room go from empty to waiting in a queue between 6:50 and 7:10A. Start your workout a few minutes earlier to avoid the line.
Eat at the Bistro! Sliders and clam chowder are amazing (sometimes the chowder is watery, make sure you get the creamy). I like the caesar salad and my mom likes the non 20/20 chop-chop salad.
This is just a great place overall.
Try the vegetarian pasta with garbanzo, spinach , olives and green peppers - it was amazing
Try the food in the bistro. It's really good.
So many Hammer Strength machines.
The racquetball courts are top notch. Just remember to get your own equipment. The loaners are subpar.
