Lots of parking in the lower level. Don't be lazy to walk...you're at the gym. :)
Best part of the week is the Saturday Step class by Caroline.
Lots of tools and highly professional personal trainers explaining how to use them
If you are family with older children and young toddlers of mixed gender, they don't offer a good solution for change rooms unless you pay an extra fee. They charge for everything.
From equipment to spa to bistro - everything is great.
Only ducked in to play a few rounds of badminton. The court markings are very confusing. They also don't have a proper waiting system for the courts.
The gym is pricey, but the money is worth it since it is well equipped, clean, and staff is friendly.
One of the most bougie places in Seattle. Makes me feel like I'm back at home in Dallas.
